Birding Lake Woodruff National Wildlife Refuge

Join with the West Volusia Audubon
Society on wildlife tours of Lake Woodruff National Wildlife Refuge in Deleon
Springs, FL on selected Sundays in January and February 2016 at 3 pm.
Master Naturalist and author Roger Fulton will lead nature tours exploring the refuge and its flora and fauna. It is sponsored by the West Volusia Audubon Society and is free. All you have to do is sign up and show up at the Myacca Parking Area on Mud Lake Road in Deleon Springs, FL. Roger will have his 60 power scope for great views of the birds and other wildlife on the refuge.
We will cover about 2 miles in about 1.5 hours of easy walking on flat trails. Good footwear is recommended and no open toed shoes. Adults only and no dogs. Reservations are appreciated. Heavy rain or lightning cancels.
